Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted (for example, during a backorder).
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
United States
- Free standard shipping on all orders

Canada
- Free standard shipping on all orders
- Orders typically arrive within 8-10 business days after shipment
- Delivery times may occasionally be extended by customs processing
- Import duties, taxes, and customs handling fees may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient
Other International Destinations
At this time, we only ship to the United States and Canada.
We're working toward expanding to more countries in the future. If you're outside the U.S. or Canada, we'd love for you to join our waitlist so we can let you know when shipping becomes available in your region.
RETURN POLICY
Each The Precious Dog piece is produced in small batches and hand-finished with care. Because of the limited nature of our pieces, all sales are final and we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
We encourage you to review product details, measurements, and materials carefully before ordering. If you have any questions before purchasing, please reach out. We’re always happy to help.
warranty policy
We offer a one-year craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects.
This includes issues such as broken clasps, loose or detached components, or structural faults that occur under normal use.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including tarnishing, scratches, or damage from improper care.
If you believe your piece has a defect, please email support@thepreciousdog.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll take a look.
