SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise noted (for example, during a backorder).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $150.
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment.
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We’re focused on delivering a reliable and consistent experience as we grow, and plan to expand internationally in the future. If you’re outside the U.S., you’re welcome to join our waitlist to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
RETURN POLICY
You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, email support@thepreciousdog.com with your order number and reason for return. If your item is damaged or defective, please include a photo.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We’re unable to accept returns on pieces that show signs of wear or damage.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund.
warranty policy
We offer a one-year craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects.
This includes issues such as broken clasps, loose or detached components, or structural faults that occur under normal use.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including tarnishing, scratches, or damage from improper care.
If you believe your piece has a defect, please email support@thepreciousdog.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we’ll take a look.
